Can I complete all the services I need entirely online？
Yes, you can. Simply choose the services you need, provide the required information, and make the payment online, and we will activate your services online.
Will my contract automatically renew at the end of the 12-month term？
No, we do not automatically renew our services. We will send a renewal email one month before the annual renewal date (with multiple reminders if no action is taken).
Can I cancel the contract at any time？
Yes, you can. Within 7 days of completing the online order, you can cancel at any time, and we will provide a full refund. If you wish to cancel the contract during the term of use, please refer to the refund details in the service terms for more information.
Are there any additional setup fees besides the annual fee？
Joining our virtual office service does not require any additional setup fees.
Can I pick up items at your office myself？
No, currently we offer virtual office services, and all items are handled through a mail forwarding service to the address specified by the customer.
Do you accept package receiving and forwarding？
We’re sorry, we do not provide services for receiving and forwarding large packages.
